How do you get such great deals on packages?
Through our partnerships with event producers, we negotiate exclusive experiences and secure wholesale hotel rates when bundled with event tickets - giving you access to unique packages you can't find anywhere else.
Do you offer travel insurance?
Yes! We've partnered with Allianz to offer Package Protection insurance for eligible events. This insurance can provide:
- Reimbursement if you can't attend or need to leave early due to covered reasons
- Coverage for lost, damaged, or stolen personal belongings at the event
- Access to Viewer Advantage services for help with venue directions, restaurant recommendations, and more.

Who puts together all the package perks and experiences?
Package perks and experiences are specially curated by the Jampack team in collaboration with event organizers and regional partners.
Where do I go to book a package for an event I'm interested in?
All events can be found on our events page, where you can book your package.
What's included in my event package?
Our packages include:
- 100% guaranteed event tickets (except Hotel Only packages)
- Exclusive hotel rates
- Special package perks and experiences.
Note: Flights and transportation are not included unless specifically stated.
Can I only get event tickets through Jampack?
The event has partnered with Jampack to provide a special curated travel experience. Individual tickets can be purchased separately on the Official Event Websites.
How do group bookings work?
You can easily book for your whole group in one transaction:
- Add the number of guests and rooms you need
- Choose to pay in full or split the payment with your group
- Everyone gets all package inclusions
- Add any extras for the group to enjoy
Can I transfer my package to someone else?
While we don't facilitate package resales, we may be able to change the name on your reservation. Please contact us to discuss available options. Note that each case is unique and we cannot guarantee all changes can be accommodated.
Are my event tickets guaranteed?
Your tickets are 100% guaranteed when included in a Ticket & Hotel Package. Note: Hotel Only Packages do not include tickets.
Is transportation provided from the airport or event?
The majority of our travel packages do not include transportation to and from the airport, hotel, or event venue. If transportation is available for purchase or included in your package, it will be clearly shown on the booking page and listed in your Jampack account.
When and how do I get my tickets?
Ticket delivery methods vary by event. About 2 months before the event, you'll find specific ticket information in your Jampack account at my.jampack.com under the 'Event Tickets' section of your itinerary.
Note: Hotel Only packages do not include tickets.
How do I access my package add-ons?
Find details about your add-ons in your Jampack account at my.jampack.com. Simply click on each add-on in your itinerary for specific information about that item.
How do I get my package perks and extras?
Find details about your inclusions in your Jampack account at my.jampack.com. Simply click on each inclusion in your itinerary for specific information about that item. Remember: Hotel Only Packages do not include tickets.
Will there be ADA access at events?
Absolutely! All hotels and major venues are fully ADA compliant.
How do I view my booking details?
Log into your account anytime to view your booking details. The overview tab shows everything included in your package, while the payments tab lets you manage group payments and resend invitation emails.
What's your refund policy?
All package purchases are final and non-refundable.
For group bookings, if an invited guest doesn't pay their portion, you can either:
- Remove them from the booking (please contact us)
- Pay their portion to maintain the reservation.
Otherwise, the entire booking may be cancelled due to non-payment.
How do I manage my payments?
Log into your account to review details of your order, and. to make a one-time payment, or to update your credit card on file. To do so, please follow these steps:
- Click on ≡ at the top left
- Select your user above Log Out
- Select Payment method, then Replace card
- Enter the card information and click Save
- Monthly payment plans are charged automatically.
If you want to update the card on file, please do so 48 hours prior to that month's payment date.
Can I change my hotel after booking?
Our packages are specially curated and priced based on the selected hotel. Once booked, hotel changes cannot be made. If you need assistance, please contact us.
