Wage War
Wage War is an American metalcore band originating from Ocala, Florida, formed in 2010. The group's original members include Briton Bond (vocals), Seth Blake (lead guitar), Cody Quistad (rhythm guitar, clean vocals), Chris Gaylord (bass), and Stephen Kluesener (drums). Their music is a dynamic blend of aggressive metalcore and melodic pop punk.
Wage War embarked on their musical journey under the name 'Empires', before changing it to the now known 'Wage War'. They were signed by Fearless Records in 2015, which significantly boosted their exposure and audience. Their debut album, "Blueprints" was released in the same year and was warmly received by the heavy music community, establishing them as an upcoming force in the genre.
The band's sophomore album, "Deadweight" (2017), produced by renowned producers Jeremy McKinnon and Andrew Wade, further solidified their presence in the metalcore scene. In 2019, Wage War released their third album, "Pressure", showcasing their growth as musicians and their versatility in blending heavy and melodic elements.
