Rise Against
Rise Against is an American punk rock band from Chicago that formed back in 1999. The group consists of Tim McIlrath on vocals and guitar, Joe Principe playing bass, Brandon Barnes as their drummer, and Zach Blair handling lead guitars since joining them in 2007. They started out with another name but changed it to "Rise Against" after signing up with Fat Wreck Chords label. Their first album was released by this same record company before they moved onto Geffen Records where most of their albums were produced later. Some popular songs include "Prayer Of The Refugee," which reached number one spot at Billboard Modern Rock Tracks chart; also notable are hits like "Savior", "Audience of One", and many more singles over time. Despite some lineup changes throughout its history (including original members Dan Precision leaving due to personal reasons), Rise Against has continued making great music loved worldwide!
