Lords of Acid

Lords of Acid is a Belgian-American electronic music collective, renowned for mixing techno, industrial, electronic dance music (EDM), and new beat. The group was formed in Antwerp, Belgium, in 1988 by Praga Khan and Olivier Adams, well-known for their contributions to the electronic music scene. Originally, they gained popularity in Europe with their controversial lyrics and provocative themes.

The group's debut album, "Lust" was released in 1991, which established their reputation for combining sexually explicit lyrics with infectious dance beats. Their most iconic single, “I Sit on Acid,” became an underground hit, further cementing their popularity.

Over the years, Lords of Acid has seen a rotating lineup, with Praga Khan being the only consistent member. Despite this fluctuation, the group has maintained its signature sound and has released several studio albums, including "Voodoo-U," "Our Little Secret," and "Pretty in Kink."
