Kublai Khan TX

Kublai Khan TX is an American metalcore band, originally from Sherman, Texas. The group was formed in 2009 and has made a significant impact on the hardcore and metalcore scene. The band's name is inspired by the historical figure, Kublai Khan, the fifth Khagan of the Mongol Empire.

The band's lineup consists of vocalist Matt Honeycutt, bassist Eric English, drummer Isaac Lamb, and guitarist Nolan Ashley. They are known for their intense, energetic performances and thought-provoking lyrics, often revolving around themes of societal issues and personal struggles.

Kublai Khan TX released their debut album "Balancing Survival and Happiness" in 2014. They followed this up with "New Strength" in 2015 and "Nomad" in 2017, both of which received positive reviews for their raw sound and powerful messaging.
