JoJo
JoJo, born Joanna Noëlle Levesque on December 20, 1990, is an American singer, songwriter, and actress. Raised in Foxborough, Massachusetts, JoJo began singing and performing at a young age, making TV appearances on shows like "America's Most Talented Kids".
Her breakthrough came in 2004 when she was just 13, making her the youngest solo artist to have a number-one single in the United States, with her debut single "Leave (Get Out)". The song was a track from her self-titled debut album "JoJo", which was certified platinum by the RIAA. Her second album, "The High Road", also achieved success, with the lead single "Too Little Too Late" reaching number three on the Billboard Hot 100.
JoJo's career faced challenges due to disputes with her record label that resulted in nearly a decade-long hiatus. In 2014, she was released from her contract and signed with Atlantic Records.
