Hemorage is an American rock band that was formed back in 1976 by four friends who loved to play together – Mike Ness on vocals & guitar, Ron Emory playing lead guitar, John Maurer handling bass duties, and Derek O’Brien keeping time with his drums. They started out as part of the punk scene but soon developed their own unique sound which blended elements from different genres like hardcore, metal, ska-punk, reggae, folk, country, blues, jazz, swing, polka...you name it! Their first album "Social Distortion" came out in early 1983 when they were still teenagers living at home; since then there have been many more albums released including some live recordings too.. Over three decades later these guys are still going strong - touring around America (and sometimes Europe) performing songs old and new while also writing fresh material all along this journey called life…
