Eve Jeffers Cooper, widely known as Eve, is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, and actress born on November 1, 1981, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She gained prominence with her debut album, "Let There Be Eve...Ruff Ryders' First Lady," released in 1999. This album showcased her unique blend of hip hop and R&B, earning her commercial success and critical acclaim.
Eve began her career as a member of the all-female hip-hop group called Future's Flame before signing with Dr. Dre's Aftermath Entertainment label. Her first single, "What Ya Want," became a hit, followed by successful albums such as "Scorpion" (2001), "Eve-Olution" (2002), and "Lip Lock" (2013).
