Angra

Angra is an amazing Brazilian heavy metal band that was formed back in 1991 by guitarist Rafael Bittencourt along with other talented musicians. They are known worldwide as one of the pioneers of Latin American power metal bands. Their unique sound blends traditional elements from their native country like samba rhythms into powerful rock songs which makes them stand out among others. Over time they have released many albums including "Holy Land" (1996) considered to be one of best works ever done within this genre according to some critics. Throughout these years there were changes made regarding members but despite all difficulties faced during its existence it still continues producing great material loved both locally & internationally!
